De Vie is an award-winning bar & restaurant on Rue Saint-Sauveur, in Paris' Montorgueil quarter.

Founded by Alex Francis & Barney O'Kane, De Vie is built around a simple conviction to champion independent producers, distillers, wine makers and brewers through every cocktail & plate.

The venue brings together three distinct spaces — Bar De Vie, an accesible & open cocktail bar; Comptoir De Vie, a counter dining room helmed by Executive Chef Adam Purcell; and Cave De Vie, a retail space celebrating French craft producers.

Every drink and dish is shaped by the seasons, sourced from independent French growers and distillers, and designed to change.
