De Vie operates without ice, a deliberate decision rooted in both sustainability and quality.

By pre-batching every drink at precise temperatures and sourcing exclusively from independent French growers and distillers, the team eliminates waste without compromise.

De Vie holds three-macaron recognition from Ecotable, France's leading sustainable restaurant certification.

Our producers include Une Ferme du Perche, Schaller Agrumes, Jardin Edulis, Baccae, Les Alchimistes and Bio Veba, among others. Every menu changes with the seasons, in some cases, daily.

In early 2026, De Vie was awarded 3 macarons by Écotable, the highest award for a French restaurant in its effort for sustainability;

In April 2026, De Vie was recognised as a
Spirited Awards 2026 Regional Top 10 Honoree for "Best New International Cocktail Bar, Europe" as well as one of the "Best New Restaurants in the World" in the Conde Nast Traveler 2026 Hot List.
