
De Vie is a dual concept bar and restaurant from Alex Francis and Barney O’Kane celebrating seasonality, locality and craft, situated on Rue Saint-Sauveur in the bustling pedestrianized area of Paris’ Montorgueil quarter.
The venue consists of Comptoir De Vie, an intimate dining room helmed by Executive Chef Adam Purcell; Bar De Vie, located in the limestone cave beneath Comptoir De Vie, which showcases the team’s award-winning drinks and cocktail pedigree; and Cave De Vie, situated next to Comptoir De Vie, offering an array of French products available for retail purchase.
