De Vie is a dual concept bar and restaurant from Alex Francis and Barney O’Kane celebrating seasonality, locality and craft. Situated on Rue Saint-Sauveur in the bustling pedestrianized area of Paris’ Montorgueil, the venue consists of the more casual Bar De Vie [opening in Summer 2025] with seasonal drinks and bites and Comptoir De Vie with an elevated, hyper seasonal food and drink offering. Alex and Barney are joined in the venture by one of Paris’ most sought-after rising star chefs, Adam Purcell.
De Vie aims to set new standards for storytelling, environmentally conscious practices and productive innovation in the food and drinks sector, championing French spirits and produce.
