Comptoir De Vie is an intimate dining room helmed by executive chef, Adam Purcell. Home to a hyper seasonal, multi-step tasting menu utilising the best of French produce. A seasonal drinks pairing is available and features a selection of cocktails and sustainably made specialty drinks such as fruit wines, digestifs and aperitifs upcycling waste ingredients from the kitchen and bar.

For Summer 2026 (May-August) Comptoir will be offering an a la carte menu for dining, with one format of reservation.
Dishes are subject to change due to our commitment to seasonality, locality and the minimisation of waste and impact. Vegetarian and pescatarian diners can be accommodated and the drinks pairing is available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic formats.
